The CrossCulture fellowship program offers an incredible opportunity for professionals and volunteers to strengthen civil societies. Every year, around 55 to 60 individuals from over 40 countries get the chance to spend 2-3 months working in host organizations in Germany or CCP partner countries. This experience helps broaden their expertise, build networks, and develop intercultural skills, which they can integrate into their home organizations upon returning.
Whether you work in policy, media, human rights, or sustainable development, you can apply. The fellowship allows you to be part of cross-cultural workshops, networking events, and professional meetings to build long-lasting international connections.
The program for 2025 is expected to be on-site. However, for those individuals with certain circumstances, digital participation is possible. The CCP Fellowship is an amazing opportunity for civil society actors to develop professionally while contributing to societal change on a global scale.
