Eligibility Criteria for Fulbright Foreign student program

- Possess strong English proficiency (minimum TOEFL iBT 90 or IELTS 7.0).
- Be a Bangladeshi citizen residing in Bangladesh during the application process.
Note: Individuals with prior U.S. degrees or foreign master’s degrees (excluding Bangladeshi institutions) are ineligible.
