The Heinz Fellowship Program at the University of Pittsburgh is a unique opportunity for students from developing countries who want to pursue a Master’s degree in various fields and have the potential to become future leaders in their respective sectors.

The applicants must also have an undergraduate degree, a good command of English, and a preference for practical and policy-oriented work. The program does not support academic or medical research.
