Fully funded Singapore International Graduate Award for International Students is accepting applications for Phd Program. The scholarship is from the Singapore Government for session Jan 2025. The scholarship is for students who have excellent academic background with undergraduate /Master’s results. The applicants must have strong interest in research leading to a doctorate (PhD) in Science and Engineering at a Singapore University.
The Students will undertake their research at the Agency for Science, Technology and Research (A*STAR), National University of Singapore (NUS), Nanyang Technological University (NTU) or the Singapore University of Technology and Design( SUTD).
There are almost 240 awards per year for International students. The training is in the English Language. The award will help you to make connections and create global links. The scholarship holders will work in a multicultural environment alongside renowned researchers.
Scholarship Benefits
The scholarship provides support for 4 years Phd programs including:
- Full tuition fee
- Monthly stipend (s$2,700-3,200)
- Settlement Allowance (S$ 1,000)
- Airfare Grant up to (S$ 1,500)

The application is open to all international graduates with deep interest in research and have excellent academic results
Good spoken and written english
Good reports from academic referees

Documents required for the Program
The applicants must submit the following documents below,
- Valid Passport
- Recent passport sized photograph
- Transcripts and Reports( with English translation)
- Bachelor’s and/or Master’s academic transcripts.
- Bachelor’s Degree certificate(s) / scroll(s) or a letter of certification from the university on your candidature if your degree certificate / scroll has not yet been conferred.
- 2 recommendation reports (to be completed and submitted online by the referees).
- Applicants applying to NUS supervisors/projects are required to submit your GRE scores in your SINGA application form.
- For all other applicants, you may be requested by the university to submit satisfactory GRE scores as part of the university admission requirement.
- The submission of IELTS / TOEFL / SAT I & II / GATE results is optional
