The Aga Khan Foundation’s International scholarship Program 2024-2025 is open for applications. The scholarship program offers fully funded scholarships to students from less developed countries to pursue postgraduate education. These scholarships are available to students who can not finance their studies.
Students from Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Egypt, India, Kenya, Krygyz Republic, Madagascar, Mozambique, Pakistan, Syria, Tajikistan, Tanzania, and Uganda can apply for these scholarships. If you belong to these countries and live in Canada, France, Portugal or the USA, you are still eligible for the scholarhsip.
Remember, the scholarship is 50% grant, and 50% loan. Which means once you complete your degree and start a job, you will repay 50% of the scholarship. The scholarship assists with tuition fee and living expenses. Also, the cost of living is not included in the scholarship.
The application process is competitive. The applications open in January and close in March.

- Excellent Academic Records
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training/professional experience
- Genuine financial need
- Reliable funding source plan
- Admitted to reputable postgraduate institute
- Strong leadership potential
Preference to young professionals under 30 years of age

The deadline for Agha Khan International scholarships is 31 March, 2024.
