Fully funded The Global Undergraduate Excellence Scholarship program is accepting applications. This scholarship is offered to International students who will be offered study at University of University of East Anglia.
The scholarship is for a three year undergraduate degree. The scholarship program gives away £4,000 per year to outstanding students. It is a Need based scholarship, therefore, the student must be able to clearly communicate the needs, and motivation to study chosen field of study at the university. Moreover, how the selected course will impact a wider community.
Remember, the scholarship covers tuition fee for international students and is available for 2024.

- You must have conditional or unconditional offer for undergraduate degree course at the University of East Anglia for september 2024
- State you are an international fee-paying student
- 2 Minutes video explaining your course, future career aspirations, social and extracurricular activities

Applicants for BSc Physiotherapy, MB/BS Medicine, and Bsc Occupational Therapy are not eligible.
Application for The Global Undergraduate Excellence Scholarship
The application is open to applicants who will be offered courses mentioned in the above fields. As an applicant you must apply to study at the University of East Anglia.
Applications for the scholarship are submitted via video. Applicants must respond to two questions and record themselves. The questions are below,
- Tell the selection Committee the course you have chosen will equip you with the transferable skills required to meet your future career aspirations
- Consider the different social and extra-curricular opportunities available to you at UEA, and outline how you may engage with these in order to enhance your experience, and those of your fellow students.
Use the .mp4 format for the file. It should be filmed in standard definition (not UHD or HD). Keep the video length 2 minutes.
Remember, the video should not be about personal statements, it’s more than that. It’s about explaining why the UAE is the right university or institute for you.
Few tips for the video
- It should be engaging, original and show that you bring to the UAE community.
- Explain your community contributions including volunteer work or any extra curricular activity Or research that the university can offer
- Keep it concise, and explain with clarity
The scholarship accepts applications on a rolling basis. It means, the sooner you apply, the sooner you will get an answer whether you secured the scholarship or not.
Deadline to Apply for the scholarship
The scholarship deadline is 30 April 2024. However, do check University of East Anglia for details about the course deadline.
