Fully funded scholarship program Master of Public Health is currently open for applications. It is funded by the World Bank scholarship Program. Joint Japan/World Bank Graduate scholarship program offers scholarships to the students of developing countries to pursue Master’s degree programs in a development related topic.
The scholarship program supports Master’s degree programs in 27 universities in the U.S, Europe, Africa , Oceania and Japan in key areas of development. Master of Public Health from the University of Johns Hopkins (Bloomberg School of public health) is one of them.
To be able to apply for the World Bank Graduate scholarship program, you must be enrolled in a Master of Public Health. Once you apply for admission in the University of Johns Hopkins for Master of public health, the university will share a link to application for scholarship if they find you are eligible.
The Deadline for the scholarship program is 29 February, 2024 at 12:00 noon EST.

Excluding the Bloomberg Fellowship Program, all students admitted to the MPH program are also automatically considered for scholarship assistance by the MPH Program Office.
Eligibility requirement for Master of Public Health
To apply for this program, you need to meet the following requirements:
- You must have bachelors degree equivalent of a four-year U.S. bachelor’s degree.
- You need to have at least two years of full-time, post baccalaureate, health-related work experience or a doctoral degree in a field underlying public health.
- You need to have completed a math course (such as calculus, algebra, or statistics) an introductory general biology course, and a health-related science course (such as microbiology, nutrition, or anatomy and physiology) or a second biology course. These courses will provide you with the necessary background knowledge and skills for the program)
- You have the option to submit standardized test scores (GRE, GMAT, LSAT, or MCAT) for this program. However, they are not required. The admissions committee will not make any assumptions if you do not submit a test score, but they will expect to see evidence of your quantitative/analytical ability through other parts of your application, such as your academic transcripts and/or supplemental questions. Your application will be evaluated holistically based on all the components you submit
*The MPH/MBA with the Johns Hopkins Carey Business School require either GRE or GMAT scores.
